The home originally had a slightly more shingled exterior, which was removed for the default cornflower blue plastic lining sometime between 2012 and 2018.
The home wasn't present on the 1897 atlas of Haverford Township, but it was present by 1909. I can't find it on the 1910 census. The home is present on the 1913 map, and lists a "W.H. Morad" as the owner. I have been unable to identify this person in records. The Kipe family lived in the home as early as 1916.

Donald died in 1971, and Gertrude sold the home the following year to James Aurino for $35,000. The home was sold to the Grecos in 1979 for $42,500. The Grecos sold to the Lorellos in 1992 for $145,500. The Lorellos sold the home in 1999 for $166,500 to its current owners.
